• All rooms and suites at Cliff Dwellers Inn are NON SMOKING. If you smoke in one of our rooms or on the inn balconies you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250. There is a remote smoking station available.
  • Third Floor Rooms have direct parking lot access with no stairs. First Floor Rooms have direct parking lot access with three stairs to get to the rooms. Second floor rooms do require you to go up or down a flight of stairs.
  • Any reservations cancelled within seven days of your intended stay will incur the full cost of your reservation unless we are able to resell the room.
  • We are a mountain resort so weather is not an excuse for changes in reservations.
  • Rates are subject to change. Rates are based on occupancy of 2 adults per room.
  • Please indicate the number of guests that will be joining you prior to arrival. If you do not we will not be able to accommodate you for breakfast. Additional charges may apply based on the room size. Only the number of guests that can sleep in the beds provided are allowed to stay in the room. Pack and Plays are allowed for children under 2. While our rooms are nice and large, there is not the appropriate space for air mattresses. Cliff Dweller Bedding may not be used to make pallets on the floor.
  • Sorry, no discounts for holidays, special events, and July or October.
  • Pet Friendly Rooms are available with a charge of $25 per night. There is a maximum of 3 pets, depending on the room (subject to approval by the inn manager). Barking or aggressive dogs may not stay at the inn. A crate must be brought with the pet if the pet will be left alone in the room.
  • Checkin times are from 3pm-7pm. Please be specific when booking your arrival time as we are a small family operated property that perform many different jobs during the course of the day and we want to be available for your arrival. We are not able to accommodate arrivals later than 9 pm. The office is closed from 11am-3pm in order for us to get our rooms ready for our guests. Please don’t arrive to check-in during those times
  • Please email special needs and requests ahead of your arrival and we will try our best to accommodate you request.  Additional charges may apply. If your needs change please call or email to inform us. If you do not adjust your requests ahead of arrival, additional charges may still apply.

It should be noted that refunds will be made if notice of cancellation is received at least SEVEN (7) DAYS prior to date of arrival.
